Following the successful debut in 2026, we are delighted to once again offer our popular combined trip to Bassano and Meduno in March 2027.<\/p>\n

Together with flight school director Max Mayer from the Bavarian Paragliding School in Penzberg, I had the privilege of accompanying this special trip for the first time\u2014and the concept has more than proven itself: The combination of both flying areas offers ideal conditions for varied, educational, and unforgettable days of flying.<\/p>\n

Thanks to excellent conditions, our participants in Bassano were able to familiarize themselves with several launch sites and explore the area thoroughly under expert guidance. A particular highlight was the flight from Monte Grappa (Panettone launch site)\u2014an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.<\/p>\n

Significant progress was also made in terms of flying:
Several 15-km flights for the B license were successfully completed, and targeted training such as ground handling and paraglider-oriented launch procedures\u2014including at the Col Campeggia launch site\u2014yielded visible results.<\/p>\n

Meduno in particular proved to be the perfect training ground: the spacious takeoff and landing area offers ideal conditions for safely learning and executing first precision landings under expert radio guidance. Heartfelt congratulations to all pilots on their successful precision landings!<\/p>\n

Shorter, supervised cross-country flights were also a real highlight of the trip. For some participants, the first planned outlandings were among the most valuable experiences\u2014an important step in their flying development.<\/p>\n

With a deliberately small group of just 8\u20139 participants and two flight instructors, we were able to provide intensive, personalized attention at all times. It is precisely this quality that sets our trip apart\u2014combined with excellent value for money.<\/p>\n

As early as 2025, I had the privilege of accompanying the next generation of pilots on their first flight into the skies together with Alban Jennewein, owner and director of the Human Eagle flight school<\/a> in the Stubai Valley.
And every time, it’s a spine-tingling moment: that first high-altitude flight\u2014the moment when you really take off \u201cfrom the very top\u201d\u2014remains unforgettable.<\/p>\n

Private coaching is not suitable for pilots who still need radio assistance during landing or who feel unsure about it. The landing site and approach will of course be inspected and discussed in advance, but you will have to land independently. The reason is clear: your safety comes first.<\/p>\n

For pilots who need more support, I recommend a paragliding training week at a flight school, where a flight instructor will accompany and instruct you by radio at the take-off and landing sites.<\/p>\n
