ZILLERTAL

The Zillertal is a wide and sunny valley in Tyrol, Austria, known for its impressive mountain world with over 3000 meters high peaks and the year-round open Hintertuxer glacier.
The Zillertal branches off at Jenbach from the Inntal valley and runs west of the a11> the Tuxer Alps and east of the Kitzbühel Alps.

As the name suggests, the Kaiserrundfahrt tour takes you around the wild and tame emperor. The tour thrives on the beautiful landscape of the region around the wild mountain range, and I will tell you everything you need to know, from the Brixental dialect to how the “Koaser” got its name, and much more. Individual stops can be included in the Kaiserrundfahrt tour. Kufstein, St. Johann, or Kitzbühel are ideal for an included city tour.

Krimml Waterfalls
Enchanting Krimml Waterfalls Tour: From the Inn Valley to the Zillertal Valley via the Gerlos Pass, we head into the Salzburg region. Visit the Krimml Waterfalls followed by a stop at Hanke’s Restaurant next to the deepest waterfall. There is also the option of hiking up a few switchbacks to higher viewing platforms for spectacular views and photo stops. I would be happy to accompany you.
Afterwards, we will travel back to Kitzbühel via Pinzgau and Pass Thurn, where we will end our day with a city tour or a walk through the city, if interested, before returning to the hotel.

Lake Achensee
Ship ahoy on the Achensee tour. This tour is all about the Tyrolean fjord. We drive up to Lake Achensee, where the first highlight awaits us: the view from the Kanzlerkehr back into the Inn Valley. We continue to Pertisau, where we will take a closer look at the small village. From there, there is the option of driving to the Gramaialm. The formerly rustic old alpine pasture, located in the heart of the Karwendel Mountains, has been converted into a popular bus excursion destination, offering the opportunity for a great stop for refreshments. The Kaiserschmarrn comes fresh from the Tyrolean pan and is legendary… The road is subject to tolls!
There is also the option of taking a boat trip from Pertisau to Achenkirch, where you can stop for lunch at the Fischerwirt restaurant if you wish. This tour can be easily combined with a visit to Rattenberg and a guided tour of the town.
Kitzbühel &
Zell am See
The Kitzbühel-Zell am See-Fieberbrunn round trip is also very beautiful. From the Kitzbühel Alps, the route takes you through Kitzbühel over the Pass Thurn to Mittersill. The view of the Hohe Tauern mountains is spectacular. From there, the route continues to Zell am See, where we can enjoy the mountain scenery on a lake cruise. Lake Zell is magically nestled in the Pinzgau mountains, and I am sure you will love it.
A trip up the Schmittenbahn mountain railway would also be a great addition to this excursion. Afterwards, we continue our journey and enjoy the drive towards Saalfelden am Steinernen Meer. From there, we head back west via Fieberbrunn and St. Johann, where we round off our trip with a cultural visit to see the oldest Gothic stained glass windows.
Pillerseetal-Jakobskreuz round trip
The Pillerseetal-Jakobskreuz round trip is just as spectacular. Again, it goes from Söllleukental or Brixental towards St. Johann in Tirol. The market town always has a weekly market on Fridays, which is particularly well suited for sampling regional delicacies. From Kiachln to Schluzkrapfen or St. Johanner Würschtl with a local Huber beer, everything is a real treat. From there, we continue to St. Jakob in Haus, where we will visit the spectacular Jakobskreuz. A chairlift takes us comfortably to the top, where we can explore the walk-in Jakobskreuz from the inside. The platforms on the cross offer impressive 360° panoramic views.
There are places to stop for refreshments at the top of the mountain. Our tour continues to Waidring via the beautifully nestled Pillersee lake. An alpine lake with crystal clear water and drinking water quality. Via Waidring, we then return to your hotel.
Info: Instead of the Jakobskreuz, the gondola ride up to the Steinplatte is also a spectacular alternative. The Triassic Park with its spectacular viewing platform provides moments of wonder for young and old alike and brings Alpine geological history to life.
Großglockner
Großglockner Deluxe Tour: From dangerous trade route to scenic adventure road
A trip to the Großglockner, the highest mountain in Austria at 3,798 m above sea level, and to the “Kaiser-Franz-Josefs-Höhe” is always a trip worth taking!
Even before 3,500 years ago, people ventured across the 2,504 m high Hochtor. Celts and Romans used the shortest north-south connection to conduct trade. Because the a19> route via the Tauern was the shortest trade route between Germany in the a27> north and the world trade center Venice in the south.
Procedure: Together we set out on a7> search for traces of the ancient trade route used by the Celts and Romans! Fantastically beautiful views and lots of infotainment await you during the entire journey from the Kitzbühel Alps to across the high Tauern mountains to the Mölltal valley in Carinthia, onward to Lienz in East Tyrol and back through the Felbertauern Tunnel to Mittersill in Salzburg. The return journey takes you over the Thurn Pass to North Tyrol.
In the panoramic restaurant Kaiser Franz-Josefs-Höhe there is the opportunity to have lunch and time to a9> free time. Afterwards we will go to Heiligenblut, where we will also stop for photos and we a24> we will see the legendary Gothic parish church of Heiligenblut. One highlight is the late Gothic winged altar, which originates from the so-called Bolzano school and according to the inscription was completed in 1520. a44> according to the inscription was completed in 1520.
Info: Today, this unique mountain road, along with Schönbrunn Palace and Hohensalzburg Fortress, is one of Austria’s top three tourist attractions! There is a toll charge for using the Grossglockner High Alpine Road and the Felbertauern Street.
