Included Services:

- Transportation and transfers

Services not included will be billed separately.
Directions
For assignments outside the local service area, a travel fee will be charged.
This fee starts at €30 per day and is based on distance and the actual time required.
Booking Terms and Conditions
A reservation is considered binding upon written confirmation.
Payment is made as agreed:
- by bank transfer
- or on site, as arranged
For larger groups, multi-day programs, or extensive planning services, a deposit may be required.
Cancellation Policy
A confirmed guided tour or tour guide service may be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the agreed-upon date.
13 to 7 days before the date: 50% of the agreed-upon fee
6 days or fewer before the date, or in case of a no-show: 100% of the agreed-upon fee
The cancellation must be made in writing and is considered received upon my actual receipt of the notice. The date of receipt is therefore decisive for calculating the cancellation period. A message that has merely been sent but not received by me cannot be taken into account when calculating the cancellation period.
Any costs already incurred that cannot be canceled—in particular for admission tickets, reservations, transportation, or external service providers—will be billed separately.
For custom-designed programs, planning and organizational costs already incurred may also be billed separately.
By making a binding reservation, you accept these cancellation terms.
Weather & Safety
For outdoor activities, the program may be adjusted due to weather conditions, trail conditions, or safety considerations. The decision regarding whether the activity can be conducted safely rests with the responsible certified professional.
